Our location is extremely central, situated in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Bologna (Saragozza), which will allow you to experience the authentic Bolognese lifestyle. Here you will find shops and restaurants frequented by the locals, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture. Our house boasts a charming garden with fruit trees available to our guests. The garden borders the Melloni Park, a unique corner of tranquility and nature. This park, created from the gardens of a 19th-century villa, is famous for its variety of trees, including a rare giant sequoia. The building we are in is part of the old Melloni Villa park, a charming 19th-century building surrounded by ornamental greenery, which you can admire from the fence. The surrounding buildings were constructed on the grounds of the original property, sold at the beginning of the century. The garden was donated to the municipality by the widow of Colonel Vittorio Melloni and was opened to the public in 1984. Inside the park, ornamental trees and shrubs prevail, including numerous evergreens. However, you can still admire fruit trees that testify to the ancient agricultural use of this land. Among the numerous attractions, some remarkable specimens stand out, such as the centuries-old sequoia and the majestic white poplar, which represent evidence of the past and the spontaneous vegetation that grew along the Ravone River. The course of the river, now covered, is marked by an elevated path along the garden border. You will be immersed in an oasis of peace and beauty, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature during your stay.
