The owners reside in an adjacent house and can be contacted for any need.
Arrival time (check-in): from 3 pm to 10 pm; arrival times different from those indicated must be agreed upon at the time of booking. Communication of the exact arrival time is always appreciated and necessary.
Departure time (check-out): by 10 am.
Keys available, no time limits during the stay.
Parking available on the blue lines of the neighborhood streets: Euro 1.50 per hour (from 8 am to 6 pm) or Euro 7.50 per day, unless otherwise stated, free on Sundays and holidays.
Clean and well-behaved pets are allowed, upon notice at the time of booking, and stay under the total responsibility and supervision of their owners.
Cot for small children available upon reservation.
Smoking is prohibited inside the entire property.
