Our prices are guarantee of good hospitality, reliability and legality: our accommodation is licensed and registered, and regular tax receipt / invoice is released to our guests.

Prices include VAT and do not include city tourist tax, which is charged and paid at check-in, according to the updated amounts fixed by the Municipality of Bologna.

Minimum and special prices and discounts not granted during fair periods, or other important events, and national holidays.

All advance payments qualify as a non-refundable deposit.

When the reservation is confirmed, the customer has explicitly accepted the following clauses:
NON REFUNDABLE RATE: 100% charge at the time of booking, no refund in case of cancellation at any time or no-show or in any other case.
STANDARD RATE: 100% charge at the end of the flexible period, non-refundable,

For stays longer than the period booked, payment in advance for the extra days.

For stays without advance booking, total payment in advance on arrival.

No-show or departures earlier than expected do not entitle to any refund.

Our check-in rules:
- check-in time is from 15:00 to 22:00;
- this is a non-hotel accommodation, therefore no reception service is available, so guests are always requested to communicate in advance their scheduled time of arrival, possible changes and delays.

When the booking is confirmed, the above-mentioned terms and conditions are tacit agreed and accepted.
