The owners live in a neighbouring house and can be contacted for any requirement.

Arrival hours (check-in): from 15:00 to 22:00; different arrival hours must be agreed previously on booking. Notice of exact arrival hours is always required and welcome.

Departure hours (check-out): by 10:00.

Keys at disposal, no time limits during the stay.

Possibility of fee-paying parking in the blue stripes in the area: Eur 1,50 per hour (from 8 to 18) or Eur 7,50 per day, variations excepted, free on Sunday and public holidays.

Clean and well-bred pets, staying under the total responsability of their owners, are welcome, if communicated on booking.

Small bed for little children available on request.

No smoking inside the whole house.
